Feeling unsafe?

What else can I do?

  • Write down what you are feeling and give the note to a trusted adult if you feel that you can't get the words out.
  • Talk to a friend, they might come to an adult with you.
  • Protect yourself - no-one has the right to threaten you or to make you feel scared.
