The LFST Family Support Workers all have allocated schools under the partnership. This allocated worker acts as a point of contact to discuss any potential referrals, any open cases, discuss support needs within the wider context of the school and to offer guidance and signposting. They can also offer support at any school events such as parent coffee mornings or parent workshops.
